I’ve been on the internet since I was in the 1st or 2nd grade. My life on the internet began on a lovely website that I would not be caught dead on now, “NeoPets.”
NeoPets had a feature where you could have different groups of people. So we wanted a website for our little group, and that’s what got me started learning how to make websites. After learning how to make simple websites, I went into graphics. I used FreeWebs.com, and someone introduced me to ProBoards. ProBoards really got me into website/forum management and graphics.
In 2004 I was really interested in running or DJing for an online radio station. So I was browsing Shoutcast.com and I came across a station called “Hits 1″ and it only had like 5 viewers. So I hopped all over that because I knew that if it had no listeners, I may have a chance! I went to the website and contacted the owner which is when I met Magic Matt.
In 2006 Matt and I ran an internet radio station named Jammin 101 that was available on iTunes. Thousands of listeners tuned in each day. As time went on, Jammin 101 closed.
In 2007 I began to DJ for an internet radio station named Radio Storm. Radio Storm was a very professional radio station but it lacked in listeners and slowly died overtime.
In late 2007 I got into video broadcasting on sites like Justin.tv which is really what got people to know who I am. In April Magic Matt got me to sign up for Twitter. At the time, I thought it was ridiculous.
In the end of 2008 and beginning of 2009, I was a DJ for Fly 104.9 The Hit Music Channel which was a low power FM station in New York as well as a popular internet iTunes radio station.
Now I am currently the owner and manager of The Prime Krew, a nationally syndicated radio show… http://ThePrimeKrew.com, and Chyea.tv. I also work for a few local radio stations which is really awesome, and I am still a featured broadcaster/producer for Justin.tv
